Hi everyone im new to this website but i can already tell its going to help me alot down the road. Well I am really posting this thread for help, But first ill give you some background info. I am about 6 foot and 140 lbs so im a skinnier kid. I am a basketball player and really need to be bigger for next year when I move up to the varsity team. Here are my goals.
1. Gain weight
2. Be fast
3. Look big
4. Be explosive(Dont want to be a 300 lb linemen.)
I am wondering if someone can give me a workout program that will help me do this. Maybe kind of mentor me through it. Someone for me to ask question. I also would like to know if their are any supplements that you know that could also help me out with that.
Thank you.

You sound like you already have an idea of what you would like to do/become so get at it already. But seriously my advice is
1. Eat!!
2. HIIT or High Interval Intensity Training basically do 100 or 200 yard sprints all out
3. Lift heavy seriously shoulder press's, bench press's, rows, squats
4. Do some circuit training, find a program you like and stick with it for a while
Good luck brah and stay safe
