    Lean Vs. Bulky?

    My take on it is, Lean gets you more chicks and you look great at the beach

    And Bulky you get more guys attention (compliments and stuff like that, nothing gay) and you look great in clothing.


    I was going for Bulky for 4 months but now I see that its not worth it, I just started the Insanity program 3 days in and bout to get hella lean and lose that 185 pounds that I have weighing me down

    Idiot, you'll look skinny as hell, and you will have wasted alot of hours doing stupid hour sessions of jumping jacks, when it would be much more beneficial to just lift and clean up your diet.
