So In the year of 2012 I packed on 45lbs of fat from being 170lbs at 10% bodyfat! WOW
I put together a stack for next couple months and ordered from BB.COM.. is there anything else I should add to my plan or think of adding when im at my final stages in weight loss plan because in 2 months I should be nearing with last 15 to lose.
Current Stack:
Raspberry-Keto (2,000mg/daily)
CLA (3,500mg/daily)
Green Tea Extract (1morning, 1 lunch on rest days)
Con-Cret Pre workout (30mins before workouts)
Amino 1500 (GNC BCAA, 3pills day)
+ WHEY (Powder, RTD, Bars)
.... Was thinking on adding:
T-Booster (Tribulus Terrestris)
Casien Protein (for bed time meal replacement)
XTEND (1MONTHS IN for recovery)
Anything that im missing, Im doing this weight loss quick with almost 3lbs a week to get er' done! I used to be very expeinced weight trainer.

Congrats on your decision to lift again
CLA has very mixed evidence regarding efficacy for fat loss, Tribulus won't do much other than libido. Casein or any form of protein isn't exclusively necessary for timing purposes, a blend, whey, milk, cottage cheese etc. will get the job done.
Powders a better value for free form amino acids, Xtend is a solid Intraworkout, has a nice profile and taste; if you're looking into BCAA/Intras it's a solid option. Plus Diet/training of course. Good luck!

Con-Cret is not a pre workout it is a creatine. I would go with just mono. CLA is useless. No need for casein unless you like the texture/taste. Tribulus will do nothing. Xtend is personal preference. As long as your diet is in check you should be fine. Not sold on Raspberry keto either. I like green tea for health benefits.
No one cared who I was before I put on the calves.

I feel that cla, like test, is a waste of money and better spent elsewhere. I would recommend a whey casein blend, mix in water or unsweetened almond milk (this is my choice on a cut to spare calories). Con-cret is a ripoff, stick with creatine monohydrates like allmax creapure. Xtend is worth the money, in my opinion.

Same boat as you here but it's been three years for me. My stack is very similar to yours minus the rasberry stuff and amino pills. I'm taking pre and post workout drinks that have plenty of aminos in them. MP Assault and RE-Con. For protein a whey blend as well as a 100% casien for at night. I'm going to take my con-cret post workout since the pre workout drink has it already in it. Then for good measure taking 2.5g's of creatine mono at bed. What you've got going on looks good although I'd just add a pre and post workout drink.

That and you don't need a special post workout drink with aminos if you're meeting your macro. Just eat. You also don't need two different types of protein (eg casein for bed time). Time doesn't matter, nor does absorption rate BS that sadly is still perpetuated. Just pick a protein you like and use that when you need it to meet your macro. Creatine timing doesn't matter either.
