    200kg Deadlift...

    I can dead lift 170kg x1 raw.
    I weigh 76kgs
    with a height of 5,10

    How do I progress to a 200kg lift from there?

    I also was suppose to add.. how do i get there though? Do i add 2.5kg each time
    As ive gone from 100kg-130kg-140-150kg-165-170 Should i keep going?
    And im worried about my back as Ive only dead lifted on and off since last year.

    Do linear progression until you stall, then do a different routine like 5/3/1 or something dead-specific like Ortmayer/Magnusson

    Well if you had success with what you have been doing now then I would do what works.

    Many good routines out there, linear progression (5x5 etc.), 5/3/1 and so on are all good.

    Never underestimate linear progression. I went from 210kg to 230kg using 2kg per session increases. I deloaded 3 times 10kg each stalling point.
