Like the title says I finished my BS with a major in nutrition and a minor in anatomy, if there is anything you would like to know ask me and I will be glad to help

1) If a client came to you and asked for advice on a dietary approach to prevent/reverse CHD, what would you say?
2) Your thoughts regarding protein requirements for bodybuilders?Richard Anderson, M.D.
I eat and thoroughly enjoy egg whites; for some reason you now think you are smarter than me. This makes me smile.

@ Ven
Yes carbs spike insulin which causes you to gain weight, they should really be avoided at night or any times when you might be inactive shortly after.
What's IIFYM?
Saturated fats raise bad cholesterol, cause hear disease and makes the body more inefficient at breaking down vitamins and minerals.

Please reflect on the cultural traditions regarding FOOD with respect to your own family or those of a friend's/relative's family with whom you are familiar. Are there food items served (particularly those served at holiday meals or to mark other cultural 'rites of passage') that are difficult to obtain in your immediate neighborhood? If you are the "steak and potatoes" type and NEVER have difficulty attaining these traditional food items, please create a list of local retail grocery outlets/specialty shops that cater to particular ethnic groups in your regional area. Please share these findings with your classmates and professor.

What utter crap.
Do you avoid protein at those times too, as some proteins are more insulinogenic than some CHO?
Please read the following and then explain your view in light of the abundant peer-reviewed research presented in said links:

@ wonderpug
In all fairness the links you just posted are threads on a body building forum, taking said information with anything less then a grain of salt is down right dangerous. I'm sorry but I cannot post any peer reviewed studies because the majority of the information I know comes from actual university text books. If I had the time I could go through some of my texts and find these studies.

The links are to posts containing direct links to numerous peer-reviewed journal published research studies that directly refutes your silly statement.
Now please try to answer the question again.
You're joking, right?

Please try to troll with more skill next time.
