    Yeah, I've applied to a few schools. Hopefully I will be accepted in september, I'm still unsure about all the requirements but I think I might have to do my honors first. I haven't looked into that deeply. I only finished this past semester, I did a extra summer semester so I finished early.

    In all fairness the links you just posted are threads on a body building forum, taking said information with anything less then a grain of salt is down right dangerous. I'm sorry but I cannot post any peer reviewed studies because the majority of the information I know comes from actual university text books. If I had the time I could go through some of my texts and find these studies.

    Well I guess I will have to go through those links more throughly then, but again I can only take said studies with a grain of salt. I have found much of what is posted on the Internet including "peer reviewed studies" often are not done properly and have biases.
