    hurt shoulder power cleaning

Last week I was doing power cleans and Im not sure what I did because the motion is so fast. But I tweaked something in my left shoulder. If I am standing with my arm at my side. It hurts it I rotate my arm at the shoulder my twisting it forward.

The pain went away after a few days and I woke up with it feeling the same way yesterday morning. Not idea why or if I laid on it funny in my sleep. But it didnt hurt when I went to bed and now it hurts to twist it.

Im curious if anyone knows what it could be. If it persists, I guess Ill see a doc. I dont really want to though because the last time I went when I hurt my hip squatting the doc was usless and just said tendonitis and the pt I saw was useless too. He was saying it was hurting from my lower back curving in. Yeah right.

Anyways. Im gonna stay off of it for a bit.

My shoulder feels a little better. But the pain is only when twisting my shoulder. Arm to my side and rotating it forward or back.

Surely someone here knows what I am talking about.
