Ive had some pain in my right wrist last week for a few days and again today. I think I gripped bb bench wrong last week, or some other exercise, but nonetheless it hurts somewhat whenever it does a twisting motion or lifting.
Is this something I should be worried about ? Brother told me I should take a few weeks off but that just seems unrealistic. Im in the midst of a bulk and would like to avoid taking an extensive break. Is taking an extra rest day after my routine good enough or will the pain eventually go away?

Where is the pain ? Is it on the top part of your wrist like the spot where when your bring your wrist up the bend point?
If that is the case i get this pain every once in awhile and it goes away, sometimes i rub like some bengay or soothing icy hot cream on there and it feels good. Also i no longer strait bar curl because i found that this was causing about 80% of my wrist pain. AND HEY MY ARMS HAVE GOTTEN BIGGER SINCE!Bench - 345x2 TnG, in gym 376 shirted in comp
