Thanks a lot fellow logger! The creation of that opening post was a bigger hassle than I anticipated. I used Word to format, then changed it to PDF, and next I had to convert it to an image file, and finally was able to post it. Haha arguably not worth it.
That is the most comfortable workout shirt I have ever owned. Is your sleeveless shirt also made out of an indescribable fancy fabric? It's like a silky polyester.

Thanks for stopping by the log! I'm looking forward to my first dose, which will be taking place shortly. I was actually planning to start out with a scoop and a half. 300mg of caffeine is typically the maximum amount I ever take before a workout, and I noticed that much is contained in two full scoops. I'm not overly sensitive to stimulants, but there was an absence of coffee throughout my youth, so I didn't get the caffeine experience until I ventured into the pre-workout market.

I'll shoot a video whenever I do a home workout, which is typically twice a week. That way I avoid looking strange by setting up a camera at the gym. I used to disfavor exercising at home, but I'm starting to like wearing those pajama pants haha. On a side note, I frequently forget to turn off the music before I record, so please ignore the strange electronic sounds.

You can rest assured that I will rate every aspect of the product and give an explanation for each rating. No worries about the flavor though. I already knew I was going to like it when i realized it was raspberry lemonade. That is a superb choice in flavoring. Lemon is always a top of choice of mine, but the raspberry really sweetened the deal.

A muscle cream is generally something that most people don't think about ordering, including myself, yet it can be very helpful. Now that I have experienced the soothing power, it has likely become something I won't be able to live without.
In all sincerity, I have been going with the daredevil dose of nearly two scoops. Consider I take it on a daily basis, I quickly realized that I need to lessen the intake in order to make it last.

Since I did not post a workout today, I will show what I had for breakfast instead. Aside from maybe a few minor adjustments, this is what I eat every morning.
Daily Diet: Breakfast Edition
1. Choose a flavor of protein powder and add 1 ½ scoops to 6 ounces of skim milk and 14 ounces of water
Right now I’m using Myofusion, so naturally I had to own all of the flavors
Milk Chocolate
2. Pick a BCAA product and mix with 30 ounces of water.
Today I combined Body Mortar CF with old school Xtend. I have a knack for making BCAA medleys
This illustrates my fixation with straws
3. Begin constructing the breakfast tortillas, which are comprised of individual layers of almond butter, Walden Farms fruit spread, Uncle Sam cereal, a Larabar or Pure Organic Bar, and topped with cinnamon.
These are the best wraps I have discovered thus far
I used to buy MaraNatha, but that she-devil kept jacking the price up on me
Zero calories. Pure genius

The ultimate cereal is then sprinkled on, good ole Uncle Sam
Next, I choose one of these natural bars to add. Apple Pie Larabar wins today, as it often does
Finally, I top the entire concoction with cinnamon and occasionally some calorie-free syrup is drizzled on as well.
Construction complete. Off to the microwave for 60 seconds. I realize the picture is not incredibly appetizing
Rolled up into the finished product and ready to fuel my day

I shot two videos back to back, so I combined them to make a single video showing two sets. The energy I felt was fabulous again and rest between sets was very minimal. Perhaps 30 seconds at most separate these two sets. (I detected some Mario Kart Wii noises coming from the other room during this haha)
I also took two photos, and since I'm indecisive, I used both of those as well.

Everything feels good. Fortunately it doesn't contain overwhelming stimulants that would have me feeling like garbage at this point. Instead, I'm able to drink it every day while maintaining my composure and sanity. Thanks for stopping by! Stay tuned for some more updates and feel free to make any suggestions about something you'd like to see added to the log.
