by september 21st 2012 I want to achieve these stats: 85kg/187 lbs 12%
my current stats are: 87kg/ 192lbs 17-18% bf
Ive been going to the gym on off for about 1.5 years now without making REAL progress because i dont stick at it properly, but this time im determined to do better,
I'm not carrying a great amount of muscle now, i feel theres a bit, maybe just slightly more than the average person, so what do you think the best routine is for me, the balance between cardio/weightlifting etc. and hows it best to break it up over 9 months, thanks for any advice given.
