THE PROMO
So like most people I have packed on a few extra lbs over the Holidays. I also get really bored with traditional cardio. So I decided to use the promo to get some new ideas. So here's the deal, whoever post the funniest/most creative cardio video wins (must be of yourself preforming the cardio). The winner will be picked by the votes of the other Ergogenix Reps. The winner will get 2 Bottles of NMT. I will also take a video of me trying to re-create the cardio session. This has the potential to be really fun for all involved.
Here is a video I did a couple of years ago as an example:
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have at least 500 BB.com posts
- Must be in the USA
- Log/Review Appreciated
So what exactly is NMT?
NMT is short for n-methyltyramine, a novel version of the compound L-Tyramine. Its main mechanism of action implies that it releases norepinephrine, giving you instant energy when you need it. NMT also has many other effects, including;
the release of other various neurotransmitters
an increase in insulin secretion
and a decrease in blood sugar levels
It is also known to block a receptor known to promote fat storage.
What about so called vasoconstriction from usage of stimulants? In the case of NMT, vasoconstriction during exercise is not likely because the α1-adrenergic receptors activated by the norepinephrine released by NMT can be selectively blocked by sympathetic nervous activity, allowing the β2-adrenergic receptors to dominate.
In short, NMT is known to:
Reduce pre-workout fatigue with a sustained boost in energy
Significantly increase adrenergic, dopaminergic and serotonergic neurotransmitters by acting as an indirect sympathomimetic amine
Increase insulin secretion and decreases blood sugar levels
Block the receptor that promotes fat storage
Augment short-term and long-term energy stores for explosive power and prolonged endurance
BENEFITS:
Enhanced alertness and energy will assist in a strong mind and body relationship for even the toughest workouts
Increased endurance by providing long lasting clean energy and suppressing the effects of fatigue

not to make fun of my sister but a true story - she was running with some dumbells the other day...dropped one and think put one in the cup holder...when she bent over to pick one up the other fell on her head....some stickes...picked her up from the hosp...she is okay so it's alright to laugh and she didn't suffer much and no permanent injury...but if i had that one on tape then i would win.

Alright, not to be disgusting but I have a question:
Do you think you lose more calories from ejaculation b/c your body has to make more of it or do you lose the calories from having sex?
Personally i have to go w/making new material. I could lay back while getting screwd and there is no way I am burning much over maintenace or sitting still...the whole burning calories during sex thing is total BS. Unless she is a dog and it take you all damn day then there might be some merit...i guess all those guys taking illegal substances might find it hard as well so maybe they can go longer or not at all...
We could always run a test...2wk long...same amount of time for cardio and sex and see who loses more...the person doing cardio needs to request a BJ by his GF so that we keep it even...ya know an honest scientific test...i don't want the load to be the variable..oh and for the sex end of it, it should be doggystyle and be about 20min...that should do the trick...also a heart rate monitor could make the test more valid without the need to hit the treadmill...unless your a 300lb man that's obese i don't see sexual activity being a strain from a cardiovascular pt of view..i was 300lbs and i wasn't breathing heavy...i wasn't winded...no punt intended...
