Ok, so Deads sucked wind today. 515 for 3 x 2 weren't any easier this week than a couple weeks ago. I was really hoping to keep the momentum going, but there's a reason this is stalling. Just have to figure out what that reason is.Lets get to work

First post woot!
So been reading up on bb.com for a week or so and keen to get started on my body building journey. This thread has been a huge inspiration and ready to get started with some HRT! Dont get me wrong this is the start to my BB journey but I have been a professional circus performer for the last 12 years and know my body very well and have done lots of different sorts of training.
Im curious to know what the end results where from this? A final before and after picture, and news on your knee?

9-3-13 Bench
385 lbs for 2 barely. Worked up to 315 for 6 on Incline.
Shoulders are giving me some trouble along with low back. As soon as I push through these couple rough spots, training should be back on track.Lets get to work
