All my life I had been really big into soccer so due to the large amounts of running I was really skinny up top. I started lifting about three years ago when I started college. The first year I didn't really take the gym seriously until I met my current gym partner who changed my mindset on working out. I quickly began gaining mass and became addicted to watching my body change and also to the supplements that helped it do so. I am extremely motivated to log this product and will do my best to give an honest and unbiased log.

My Split

My workouts for each muscle group vary on the time I have each day to train and also how I'm feeling. But I will post up workout with weight used every other day.
My Diet
High protein, moderate fats and low carb diet. Carbs coming from brown rice, whole wheat pasta and a ton of oats. Protein mainly from chicken breasts, eggs, steak, tilapia, and whey protein. And I get most of my fats from raw almonds and peanut butter. I am currently doing a 500 calorie deficit from my daily caloric intake which is 3280 calories. Gotta love cutting for spring break
I'll be starting my log on Monday when I start my split again. I'm really looking forward to this experience and want to thanks everyone at Gaspari one last time for this AMAZING opportunity, and will be producing a kick ass log come Monday.
Today was international chest day here at F.I.U. which made my 4pm workout another mission because of the amount of people working chest. I had a pretty intense workout anyways because I found these new sony headphones in my fraternity house and the bass of INTENSE. I have a cup and a half of raw oats mixed with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and a table spoon of honey. Added warm water and the best pre-workout meal is born. Took 4 vasotropin tablets and waited about 30 minutes to enter the gym. I was jamming all day to this song:

Cardio:
Speed intervals (40 second) on the Stair master: 10 mins
In between Chest and Cardio I took one serving of the Carb Phusion and 2 scoops of Protein. I noticed a solid Chest and Shoulder pump through out the entire work out. Also felt my arms getting pumped as well. I could tell that my aggression/energy were through the roof. I believe this is due to the Vasotropin. My chest also had a pretty solid line running down the middle which I rarely see (Had the biggest smile because of that ). After I took the Carb Phusion mid workout and did about 5mins on the stair master my quads and calves where exploding. I don't even get that pumped on leg day. I think the combination of both these products lead to this. Will definitively be trying both pre-workout sometime this week. Maybe back day to see how it works out.
Kicked Ass today! Went to work early so I could kill back. Had some raw oats almonds and protein as pre-workout meal, 4 Vasotropin tablets. Walked into the gym feeling like a million bucks. Jamming HARD to:
Cardio
10 mins HIIT on elliptical: 1min under 100 strides per min / 1 min over 150strides per min x5
Post workout consisted of Carb pHusion and regular protein shake. Felt a stead pump in my back through out the workout but nothing more than usual. Don't think I took in enough Carbs this morning. Also the Carb pHusion post workout shake gives me that extra kick I need everyday after my workout. Forgot to pack a second serving to try it pre-workout. Will do tomorrow.
After my 6 hour study session I was sooooo ready for the gym today. Diet was lagging (this is why i hate studying) but I made due. Pre-workout meal was 12'' Wheat Oven roasted chicken loaded with veggies. 5 Vasotropin Tablets and my body was ready. I've been going light on legs because I've been recovering from a groin injury. Today's Jam was:

Post workout consisted of Carb pHusion and regular protein shake. Felt a massive bicep pump. Really enjoyed that, but did notice that my quads lost energy much faster than they usually do. I think this is because of the increase of Cardio in my routine. Tomarrow I plan on Calves, Hams and Triceps. Looking foward to killing it!
Took my accounting test Saturday morning, my angus was not peppered but I'm glad its over. I barely slept the night before so I had to take an hour nap And then went straight to the gym. I did'nt have the motivation to destroy Ham's yesterday so I'm holding off till after work today. Carb pHusion made a great study supplement, as I usually only survive on protein shakes because my pre-test nerves make me lose my appetite. Pre workout meal was 1 cup oats, 3 table spoon honey, heaping scoop of Peanut butter and 5 Vasotropin Tablets. Yesterday I was Jamming to:

Post workout consisted of Carb pHusion and regular protein shake. Felt a massive Arm pump while doing shoulders. I feel like Vasotropin gives me a crazy arm pump and pretty much regular pumps for every other muscle group. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Don't get me wrong though the arm pumps feel great! I also feel like the Carb pHusion post work out helps speed up recovery time by a lot. I was taking Oats post workout and it did not have the same recovery effects I'm noticing from the Carb pHusion.

Nah, don't think you're doing anything wrong. Definitel been getting a "full body" pump from the Vaso. Now if you learn how to direct all the pump to a single muscle group, you might be a genius...
Losing is not an option because winning feels too damn good.

To the Lab! lol yea man, just like on back day my back gets a "normal pump" but the weird thing is my biceps get a massive pump. Weird...
So I didn't do so well on my accounting test, kind of depressed but oh well. Tried working out Chest but had a hard time concentrating because of my grade. Pre workout meal was 1 cup oats, 3 table spoon honey, heaping scoop of Peanut butter and 5 Vasotropin Tablets. Worked out to:
Cardio
15 mins HIIT on the elliptical machine. Alternating between 1 min 90 strides per min 1min over 170 strides a min
5 mins on Stair Master @ intensity 7
Post workout consisted of Carb pHusion and regular protein shake. Felt my normal chest pump but toward the end during the cable work I felt like I was going to explode. Felt really good to have a steady Pump after that crappy news I got about my test. Any ways trying to hit legs tonight, will update later.
So mid-terms have been catching up with me so I hav'nt really had time to fill out the last 3 days so I'm going to compile my workouts in one post. I've still been on a steady 40:40:20 diet and taking all my supps. I have been eating and sleeping a lot less due to my intense study sessions and caffeine intake
Day #6 ARMs, CARDIO

Post workout consisted of Carb pHusion and regular protein shake. Again feeling a consistent arm pump throughout the entire workout, mostly during dips. I have been noticing forearm vascularity. I've also noticed pumps lasting about an hour after the gym rather that 20-30mins like usual.

Felt very in the zone today, tunnel vision. Today I taking an off day and will be back to work tomorrow. should be a good day
So I didn't do so well on my accounting test, kind of depressed but oh well. Tried working out Chest but had a hard time concentrating because of my grade. Pre workout meal was 1/2 cup oats, 3 table spoon honey, heaping scoop of Peanut butter, 1 scoop of Carb pHusion and 5 Vasotropin Tablets. Worked out to:
Post workout consisted of regular protein shake. Amazing chest pump. the hardest one I've had on the Vasotropin or Carb pHusion. I think mixing the two pre-workout is the best result.
