How often should i be taking my Whey Protein, Glutamine and Creatine powders? Right now I am currently taking these three supplements in the morning and at night before i go to bed 7 days a week. My goal is to gain weight / muscle mass but i want to make sure that my body is going to be utilizing all the extra protein from my supplement usage. I work out 5 days a week which amounts to 45 - 55 minutes a day doing little to no cardio and sticking to straight weight lifting.
so ultimately my two questions are 1) should i be taking the supplements on my days off from the gym? and 2) should i be taking them twice a day?
