It depends on your goal. If you're looking for libido or better sleep, etc, there are some good choices, but nothing OTC will make a difference in levels significant enough to change your rate of gains.

No. They will not do much, if anything at all. They really are not worth the money. You just want to make sure you are getting enough nutrition to make sure to support your natural T levels.

Ape is the best on the market. However, I'd check out Iron Dream by Arnold Schwarzenegger (MusclePharm). It's got Mucuna Pruriens (L-Dopa), Fenugreek, and Horny Goat Weed. While the Mucuna Pruriens will put you into deep REM sleep and help up HGH levels, the Fenugreek and Horny Goat Weed have been shown to be potent test boosters when used in conjunction. I'd check it out, great sleep/test booster supplement.

Ergogenix Ergotest and Appnut Free test where the 2 products that I took and had blood work to confirm they worked. I cannot speak for the others but Prolensis the ingredient in ergotest has great research and the product itself was great stacked with ergobolic.
