Sweet and well Mabey you can help me decide. 1.5 years ago I weighd about 134 so I started working out and got to 160 and couldn't gain a once no matter what.im 510. So I got on a weight gainer protien and packed o some serious muscle . I'm about 206 right now of muscle buttttttt unfortunately I developed a digestive issue like haveing to go alot like 5+times a day :/ I eat alot of meat hamburgers steak meat ext I eat vegetables not alot but some . So I was told to start taking vitamins to see if it cures my digestive problem...so with that being said which one do you think would be more suitable for me?
