To me, Anavite is very expensive. At the recommended dosage a 180 count size lasts just 30 days. That costs $1 a day. $1 a day is lot for a multi. $365 a year on a multi vitamin lol. I'm happy with SportPharma Multi-V for just 20 cents or less a day. Just my opinion, of course.

Hate to sound like a broken record....but orange triad is pretty solid. Well rounded and I love the fact it has digestive and joint health along with it.

Pills just suck when they go down sideways :/

Good choice. OT not only provides superior vitamin and mineral forms, but the joint complex is actually full-dosed, which is a great preventative measure against injury.

Anavite can be found for under 22. Also keep it mind it uses Carnipure and a full dose of BA, so for the price, it's really not that much.

On 3000+ calories with veggies and fruits multivitamin supplementation is unnecessary and potentially detrimental to your health, supplementing specific (lacking) vitamins and mins is a far better idea.

I think these extras are what some people aren't recognizing. It's on par with some of the multis here that cost much more imo.

Great thread thanks!!! Iv been lifting for a couple years now hurt my back Herniated Disc. Been Looking for a good Multi for a while now currently taking glucosamine,chondroitin and msm capsules. Im interested in Orange Triad specially for its joint and digestive qualities and was wundering if you guys think its to much since I havent trained or lifted ANYTHING in the past 6 months and its for SERIOUS athletes so I would love to hear some input or ideas on other multis I should consider before OT. Took me a minute to figure out what dfg was, lol. I hear its pretty good tho, but one that I have never tried. Is it a cap, or powder?
