LOL do not edge...try not to even look at porn, the temptation to carry on to completion when you edge is too strong. Take it step by step, when you've completed no fap February without edging THEN see whether you can succeed with edging (which is the next difficulty level since edging is far more tempting).

Plus if you jelq, don't do that either during a no fap month. After a no fap, you will have the strongest boner (yes strongest, not strangest) which will improve penor exercise gains and kegel strength...plus a no fap month acts as a recovery period for your PC muscle and penor ligaments.

For the past few days I've been on "disregard females, acquire aesthetics/good grades/depression cure" mode...disregarding females and focusing on other areas of your life really does help with a no fap.

Plus, when you see the positive effects of no fap (the no fap 24/7 high, lifting harder at the gym, paying more attention in class, being more sociable etc)...it acts like an upward spiral because the positive effects will trigger you to continue with no fap, thus experiencing more positive effects etc

Well brah's, although I did not offically get "in" on this month's no fap, I have been in on my own. This month, I am trying:No Fap, No ********, No Caffiene, No alcohol, and on Keto. So far so good, but the hardest is no fap.

Yeah fapping might be a reflex action when you feel like chit but trust me, it's just escapism/avoidance...the problem at hand won't go away AND while it may give you a 10 second headrush and short term calming effect, it depresses you and makes you feel even WORSE in the long run. this I believe is day 14, not gonna lie this has been a difficult week. Resisted the urge so many times to just look up some stuff.
