Sorry, the picture is crappy. My camera phone is awful at times. I'll try to take a better one shortly, i wasnt going to post it because of the quailty but I figure why not.. I do see a little more definition in quad and abs as well. I still have ways to go.

Thank you very much! My goal is trim down on a little bodyfat while holding onto as much muscle/strength as i can then Im going to go on another bulk and go after more strength/muscle. I may have actually lost more then 5lbs. I use a handheld bodyfat machine (I know they are wrong) Im just using it as a guide for any up and down activity. At the end of my bulk (december 7) I was 155.2 with 24.6 bf and now as of Jan 31 I weigh 147.8 with 22.5 bodyfat. I dont think im losing too fast, But i'll just keep going, and keep up that protein!
