    My problem is on inner thighs when they rub hurts to walk. I just bought a pair of compression shorts (do you wear underwear or not?) which I hope that helps when I do cardio, but in th meantime I want to heal my thighs so should I use the powder & not bother with the ointment?

    Bandelettes

    I use Bandelettes to prevent thigh chaffing during exercising. They have unisex pairs that work out wonderfully when exercising. I definitely recommend using them when you are exercising. Just make sure if you do decide to order a pair that you measure your thighs correctly to get a proper fit.

    I find pouring gasoline over my leg then lighting a match and holding it on my leg helps
