I dont understand why people spend so much money on under armor and various gym attire. I wear, cheap walmart gym shorts and pants, cheap Wifebeaters and plain white T-Shirts, and sometimes whatever I had on.

Usually wear shorts and a slim hoodie, take the hoodie off and wear a tank or a stringer when I get warm and sweaty, for kicks I just wear some runners or my Olympic lifting shoes if I'm doing legs.
Don't understand all these people saying you should wear bottom of the barrel cheap Clothes to the gym. I understand it's not worth buying crazy expensive gym attire if your just going to get it sweaty but if I look good at the gym it boosts confidence which boosts my lifts but that's just me lolol. With that being said fuk spending 100 dollars on a pair of shorts lmao

I wear old shirts that end up usually being a staff t-shirt, a team I was on, or somewhere I worked. I have a bunch of crazy lacrosse shorts because my cousin owned a store and I got them for free, they are the perfect size, lightweight and comfortable. Then I wear ankle socks and then have a couple pairs of nike training shoes that my ex got for me. I try to match and look somewhat organized but some days I don't care.
I've never bought clothes for the gym outside of shoes, everything else you should have. I see people, mostly older wearing the under armour leggings and tight shirts. One guy on the treadmill said that the compression makes his legs smaller and helps burn fat easier lmao. Then I'll see younger kids wearing nike graphic t, nike basketball shorts, nike elite socks, and then nike basketball shorts, all while having their over the ear beats plugged into their iphone 6s.

"Because the thing about repairing, maintaining, and cleaning is it’s not an adventure. There’s no way to do it so wrong you might die. It’s just work. And the bottom line is, some people are okay going to work, and some people … well, some people would rather die. Each of us gets to choose.”
