A little Discouraged but have an Intense Plan--advice please :)

Im currently at 154 and 5'9 and started my diet and exercise on Jan 17th. It will be 2 weeks in tuesday. I have been eating under 1300 calories per day, and if u take into account my exercise I have been eating around 500-800 per day. My goal weight it 140.

I have been doing lots of strength training, circuits, intervals, cardio etc.. 7 days per week....I have noticed a lot more muscle definition and a slimmer waist but I was thinking I should loose more than 2 pounds in 2 weeks....

It is rather discouraging. Do I need to up the ante or just be patient? Is it harder for me to loose weight because my body doesn't have alot of fat? Will my fat just turn into muscle instead of coming off?

Under 1,300 cals? Yikes! I would be eating between 1,800-2,500 calories a day especially if you are doing all that exercise on top of it. You also need to stop doing this for 7 days. Rest is the most important thing so have atleast 1 off day. Good luck!

This has to be a Troll.... 500cals a day, training 7 days a week, wants to lose more than 2 pounds a week, wants to convert fat to muscle and used "loose" instead of lose twice....all in one post.

If your not a troll please read the stickies.
