    Need a question answered to make my body bigger

    My question is, how can I get my body to look like an average body type but with muscle?

    My type of body is an ectomorph or whatever but I have been working out since freshman year lifting sometimes my max and almost my max...
    last time I checked I weighed about 127-134 one of those I forgot, I have had a lot of progess in my body with my work-out in my opinion as people have told me also.
    right now I bench with an Olympic 45lb bar with 45s' on each side 4 times, which is 135lbs. I can curl with the same bar with 30s' on each side 10 times. honestly I don't know really what else I can say, I have not that much knowledge about making body bigger than what I have made into...I consider myself at the CUT stage of my body fat type.

    I need a work-out not supplements because right now I can't afford anything and when I say anything I mean it because I have no job. Also my parent are having a really hard time paying for the bills and getting groceries

    You need a higher caloric intake. Buy cheap foods in bulk.

    are you positive because Calories just dissolve basically with my body type I have a super high metabolism

    You're right. Because you have a fast metabolism you should eat less, that will definitely help you gain weight.

    Because of your high metabolism you need to eat a lot more. I'm an ecto also and I had to eat 4500 cals to gain 1-1.5lbs a week. Sometimes you think you're eating enough but you aren't. Keep track of your cals to make sure you're getting enough. Good luck

    eat a household. try meeting the 4000-5000 mark a day calorie intake haha. and add some fats, carbs and protein into your diet. thats key.
