No salt, No Soda, Stopped eating out(now very limited or wiser in choices), learned the knowledge of the stickies lol (figured out how to calc my BMR, TEE, etc..and hit my macros everyday) and followed a workout plan. I knew the impact that these changes would have on my body by what I can see, but yet again these numbers for my overall health and how I have changed just blow my mind. Just pushes me more to keep going everyday. I wish I had only seen the light sooner in life but hey better late then never
