How many calories are in Chinese?

If I ordered deep fried shredded beef and fried rice and ate the whole thing to myself...how many calories would you guestimate that was?

Half of my entire day's calorie requirements in one sitting, good bulk food imo.

There is always butt load of rice in Chinese take out, ~400 calories per cup and I would say there is always at least 3 cups of rice included. That is 1200 calories just in the rice! On the lower end, the meat and vegetables are at least +500. So we are talking 1700 total calories, on the LOW end!

well Chinese people are pretty small. take out the bones and organs. lets say your gonna get about 70 pounds of meat. whats your method of cooking said Chinese person?
You are not a fragile ornament ready to collapse into an exhausted mass of goo simply because you squatted more than once in a 7-day week.

It'd be like preparing your entire life to bang 100 chicks in a row, getting tan, hitting the gym, making sure your hair looks right and reading the Kama Sutra, only to realize when you get there that you're gay and cannot get hard in the presence of women.

If you're currently counting your calories why would you order food that you can't count the calories in? It makes zero sense to me. Unless you just want to know for fun, in which case the answer is 42.

Don't forget the 8.95 +/- 8.95 that would have to be included if soy sauce was used.

I may be able to fit one in my bomb calorimeter if you send me one. Make sure they've been evacuated completely before sending. Don't want to mess up the measurement right? Oh, they need to be legal too.
