mines 25.3 its when u divide your height by your weight

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

It would be better for you if you forgot this right away. BMI is not a good measurement of sucess.
You know, all the pro's would be obese by this calculation and you probably wouldn't get any straight answers here.

BTW mine is 42

I, for example, would calculate mine by...

[210 lbs./(71")(71")] x 704.5

(210 lbs./5041) x (704.5)

BMI=29.348

That bmi **** cracks me up. BMI shouldn't be used on one individual alone, it's something u use to check out what's average in a population and stuff. Measuring with bmi I am fat, but measuring with a bodyfat measurer I am thin.

If i did mine according to the way you did it, my BMI would be 26.679. I weigh about 73kg and about 165cm tall... or short.

No, the latest pics that I posted were from my competition. The are posted in the teen comp section. I probably won't take any for awhile because college life sucks. My diet and training are way off and I've lost 10 pounds and am down to 212. I got access to a new gym and finally got my shipment of supplements in, so, I should start gaining again soon. Probably won;t post any new pics till around january.
