What do you guys know about each 5/3/1? Which one have you all found more effective?
I want to switch up my routine and try a new kind of workout.. I thought the 5/3/1 method sounded pretty good for good strength and mass gains (I want that happy medium).

Thanks! Yeah, as far as DC goes (I was personally trained for over a year with his protege), I tried to write about how that DC mindset (beating the logbook, progression) applies to ALL powerbuilding routines no matter what the goals vs the actual routine.
