i aim to eat around 500 at each one. Wish i didn't have to eat 6 smalls, but i hate getting too full. like when i had 100g rice, with two fish filets and a can of spaghetti, that made me pretty full and came to around 800 calories.

How many calories do you eat at each meal? (and how many meals do you eat a day)

The only concrete meal I eat every day is breakfast at 600 cals. I get almost half my required protein intake at breakfast, which I like, because other than the post workout shake I can basically just snack on carbs and fats throughout the day and still hit my macros. Ultimately I eat about 3500-3600 a day.

you dont need examples make your own...
one i eat alot is 2 of those premade mash potatoes packets where you put the powder in a pot with milk and it cooks like in 5 minutes, shiit tastes good, then Ill eather eat the meat my mom cooks or prob 2 of those frozen chicke breasts from walmart and then a couple of tall glasses of chocolate milk,,,if your up to it you can eat a greek yogurt after since they're not that big...
that meal takes me about 10 minutes to make and has about 1200-300 cals in it without the greek yogurt. good luckUniversity of Florida

Normally, I'll eat 5 meals a day, each meal consisting of around 1000 calories.
If I can only afford to get in 4 meals, one of them will be 2000 cals.My fitness channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UCs1sDesEcQXO-uQWDnUrsMQ (50% of profit goes to mental health initiatives so please SUB!)

Your not going to get the best answers for the question. It depends how clean someones diet is for calories/fats.
Think about it you can eat a chicken breast that you buy in the frozen (i think it's 6lb bags at foodmaxx) say you boil the chicken your getting 130-150carlies and 25-30g protein depending on the size. OR lets say you cook the chicken on a pan with oil, oil has a lot of calories, now your getting 230-350 calories for that 1 chicken breast (depending on how many table spoon of oil could be upwards of 450calories for this single chicken breast now once cooked in oil. OR for the same 25-30 grams of protein you could have a tuna sandwich 1 can tuna-100 calories, bread 200calories, mayo 300calories (LOTS OF FAT IN MAYO) but just going off the mayo in my fridge and how much I use that tuna sandwich is now 600 calories still only 25-30grams protein. See why the answers your going to get won't be what your looking for. Because for 600 calories you could boil 4.5 Chicken breast equalling 600calories at 25grams protein each you could get 112.5 grams of protein from those 4.5 chicken breast equaling the amount of calories as your typical tuna sandwich. It all comes down to how clean your diet is, and your personal goals.
EDIT: obviously eating a tuna sandwich as I described and 4 tbs of peanut butter is an easy way to get to 1000calories a meal and not be full from. But eating 5 boiled chicken breast, 3eggs, 2 slices of wheat bread for 1 meal equaling right about 1000calories 151g protein is a little extreme. SO for those thinking how did the guy above me eat 1500calories in a single meal when all i eat is 600calories, ask yourself this while you ate a clean 600calories with low fats 2chicken breast 3eggs, and 2 slices of wheat bread, and your wondering how the hell you could possibly eat 1500calories in a single meal like the guy above you, chances are his 1500calories probably weren't as clean as what you just ate. Because if they were as clean it would mean he just ate 6chicken breast 9 whole eggs and 3 slices of wheat bread. I'm not docking anyone I'm simply just saying peoples goals vary from individual to individual, but the results you end up with start and end with how clean your diet is, and how you eat based upon your goals. It just seems to me OP that you want an easy answer, I'm simply just stating the simple answer you asking about is a bit more complex than what you thought, so I've given examples.Last edited by ironman622; 01-29-2012 at 02:00 PM.
