Okay, I have a question about each of the supplements in the topic.
Okay, the Shred Matrix is a fat burner, and on the warnings it said not to consume caffeine from other sources while on it. However, it also says on the FAQ's (still on the product's page) that it's perfectly okay to stack with MP Assault (pre-workout). And they say to do it the following way:
3 caps Shred Matrix with 8oz of water 30-45min before breakfast.
3 caps Shred Matrix with 8oz of water 30-45min before lunch.
˝ scoop of Assault 20-30min before workout. 1 scoop for extra intense training sessions.
This wouldn't be much of an issue, except that I wake up in the morning, get something in my system soon after, and then get to the gym about an hour later. So would it be best to take the Shred Matrix in the morning regardless, and just do my best spacing it from the Assault? Or would it be smarter to skip the morning, and just take the Matrix twice in the day later? Or maybe just do it once a day instead? Or is it really not that big a deal? My understanding is that too much caffeine at once (or in general, really) is not a good thing.
My question on CLA is much simpler. The directions say to take 1-2 softgels with morning, noon, and evening meals. That means up to 6 a day. What I want to know is whether something like just taking one twice a day would give me enough of a benefit from them. Or what is the recommended daily intake, without using up the whole bottle like nothing?
