A few weeks ago I was offered the chance to do a 60 day trial of Ergotest by the company Ergogenix. I have just finished an 8 month and am looking to witch things up a bit in my supplement routine. A little about me:
Age:42
Height: 6'3
Weight: 240lbs
Bodyfat: +/- 15%
So I've tried a ton of different supplements in my career. Everything from fat burners to natural test boosters. I have always got some good results from test boosters and did a 30 day run of Ergotest last summer.
In this log I'll be posting weekly pics and stat updates.
You can also visit my bodyspace page to see my progress over the past several years.
This is me at the start of my 60 day run.
Hope you stop by and checkout the results.

Day 7 on Ergotest:
My workouts have been consistent over the past 7 days. My typical split is 4 days on and 1 day of weight training. I do Krav Maga training on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings which right now is my only cardio due to heel, feet, ankle, knee and back pains but...whatevah!
Weigths have been on the incline in the past two months so the PB's have been coming nicely recently. I have not started feeling the effects of the Ergotest as of yet.
Current Stats:
Height: 6'3 (unchanged)
Weight: 237lbs (down 3 lbs from last week...water weight methinks)
Neck: 17.5"
Chest:49.25"
Bicep: 18.25
Waist: 36"
Quad: 25.25"
Calves: 16.5"

Day 9: Update
Weekend was filled with ****ty food, and GREAT leg workout on Saturday. I have started to notice an increase in my aggression, or lack of patience might be a better way to put it. I'm very short at work, family, friends. So, I think the Ergotest is starting to kick in. The libido is normal still. Hoping that kicks in soon, oh wait...
Weight is consistent at around 236-238lbs depending on the day. Sleep has been VERY good for the past several days. Weights are on the highest end of the scale for the past few weeks so this has not changed.
I'll update midweek.www.house-of-rage-clothing.com
