OMG...those look TDF!
That would be so true.
I did get a half-assed workout in yesterday. Kinda boot-camp like, but lower key. I couldn't do some of the stuff, like bear crawls, and wheel barrows--oblique is still tender. Resolved to get my diet under control, but had Indian food instead. Sooooo delicious! I need to channel WandyDiane!
I'm going to try Pauline Nordin's butt workout--my usual Thursday night with workout buddy. I'll see how much weight I can add on.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"
The scale does not own me. :)

This week has been really off for me. Bad choices all around and still not able to work out. I'm not going to lie, I like that I am getting smaller and that the numbers are getting smaller, but its still frustrating. I gained all my baby weight on my butt and thighs and it seems like its going to take FOREVER to even budge that area. I built some fantastic leg muscle this winter...but my glutes and hams are still small... so things are just sagging now... not looking good.
I think after this comp I am going to have to do a serious bulk focusing on my lower body. I was really hoping that just losing fat was going to do it, but I don't think its going to be enough.
Maybe I should switch and start doing a bulk now, lol, my eating this week is far more in line with a bulk

Ok this post is coming to you live from in the gym while I'm on the treadmill warming up.(the iPad was the best invention) Well so far my diet is right on target to the pound and my weight lifting has increased slightly. Overall I feel that I'm an 11 on a scale from 1 to 10! I think this weekend I'm going to increase my protein for the rest of the contest. On that note does anyone have any good low cal, slow cooker chicken ideas? I have a few but I'm afraid that after awhile I will get board with them. Oh and on a side note I have seen a lot of people on here talking about MyFitness Pal, which in my opinion is an awesome app that if for nothing else is a great to log your information. Well time to start running so I hope everyone is having fun and seeing results!!

I was on a low carb website and found powdered peanutbutter... just add water... apparently tastes awesome and has way less fat & cals than normal PB... thelowcarbgrocery.com
Slowcooker chicken.. I'm lookin for the same. I've tried a few things and I have an idea that I wanna do...
Ideas for you to look into:
"Italian Chicken" - marinara sauce basically. I think I had a slow cooker seasoning packet from the grocery store
Pulled Chicken - like pulled pork, but chicken
I'm going to attempt slow cooker curry chicken at some point... haven't decided how yet, but it's gonna happen.
If I think of more I'll share em as I remember.BluePrint Believer!

Low bar is better, but it doesn't have to mean wide stance. For me its a preference thing. I feel more stable with a wide stance. I will be doing some higher rep work with Narrow stance squats the next few weeks though. Squatting is all about finding a comfortable stance and bar placement. Well and of course above all else using good form.
