My weight seems to fluctuate a lot because I don't diet. In 2 weeks I put on 8kg, but lost 3-4kg of that in 3 days
Would've been many factors like water weight etc too have gained that 8kg so quick

estats.
possible very dehydrated/ carb depleted at starting weight, and completely full stomach/glycogen stores at end of weigh in. i could see 2lbs a week natty, giving us 24 lbs, plus 3-4 lbs from carbs, and maybe another 5 if he started creatine and holds a lot of water?
yeah, im trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, i just dont see it

Yeah, I doubt that's possible whether if it's good, bad, or ugly weight. Ask for an explanation.

weight is a sh!t indicator of gains, brb fuk yea got to 240 lbs brah!, start cutting, 2 weeks later 220 lbs and still look like a fat fuk, another week goes by and your 210 and only slightly leaner.
Its called water and glycogen (also fat) lolz

Its possible to gain that much weight in 3 months, but theres no way to keep your body looking cut up without being on Dat Der.
In my last bulk i gained around 30lb in 2.5 months natty and obviously natty.I REP HELPFUL POSTS
