why did you gain so much bro ? in the last month i have only gained 5 pounds and 2.5 lbs of that was probably water/bloat lol, and the rest was fat, glycogen and muscle( prob 0.5 lbs of muscle lolz)

I saw it before, its just that i did a dreamer bulk once and NEVER again for me lol... wasted soo much time cutting which i could have used to build muscle and strength, but what ever works for you bro
