    Question A Question About ABS Exercises

    Hi,
    I've been training since begining of the December 2011 and my main goal is LOSE FAT.
    I do weight liftings (3 days/week) and also cardio (2 days/week). I am looking for most effective ABS exercises that is available out there.
    I am just a beginner, btw i just tried Ab Ripper X but it was kind of hard for me.

    Do you guys have any idea what AB Exercises will help me to lose fat more effectively ??? I will do the AB exercises right after the cardio (running) so it would be 2 days/ week. Do you guys think that's enough ?

    Any help, tips, recommendation would be appreciated.

    No.. All the ab exercises in the world wont get you abs man, you need to eat less, do as the guy above said.
