Hi,
I've been training since begining of the December 2011 and my main goal is LOSE FAT.
I do weight liftings (3 days/week) and also cardio (2 days/week). I am looking for most effective ABS exercises that is available out there.
I am just a beginner, btw i just tried Ab Ripper X but it was kind of hard for me.
Do you guys have any idea what AB Exercises will help me to lose fat more effectively ??? I will do the AB exercises right after the cardio (running) so it would be 2 days/ week. Do you guys think that's enough ?
Any help, tips, recommendation would be appreciated.
