I haven't been really working out consistently because most people that see me working out says that i should gain more weight before start working out. here's the deal, i'm 5'11"and weigh about 134lbs. - I have tried increasing the portions of my meals for 1 month or so but instead of gaining i was losing the weight and later on gaining it back and losing it again.
I'm looking for advice on what to eat and what not to in order to gain weight and also muscle.
i'm really tired of being skinny and would really appreciate your advice----

eat 3500 cals a day atleast and 150protien never ever not make this
