I do already plan on changing the fast carbs in meal 2 to a sweet potato the second week.

Oi, look through the links in my sig. Your meal sizes look really small. I personally wouldn't be satisfied. And ditch the waxy maize and replace it with some real food. You'll need to recalculate some of your numbers too.

Hey thanks MakeA for the constructive response. For now Ill keep them the sizes they are just cause thats what the math is telling me they should be, or at least that im within the range that i should be. Except fats, but Ill work on that later, and total carbs still feels a little low.
And yes, this is a work in progress, and I didnt recalculate the totals after my last tweek. I appologize for not pointing that out.
The Dr I work for said the ammount of high glycemic carbs im getting is ok for me, not for most people, but for me its ok. Still, it seems like a lot so just wanted to see what this community thought =)
Dont read too much into my bf%. It was taken at the clinic i work for and i know it is accurate. Ive always be on the very low side, and im not the only person in the world with such a metabolism. But none of that matters, just worried about the waxy maize and felt you should know my body type. You dont need to believe me, you can just imagine someone that has the above stats and tailor your response accordingly =) If you dont believe it, just pretend you do basically.

You make a powerful arguement and I feel compelled to see things your way.
/sarcasm off
But honestly even though the bodyfat annalysis machine has read the same number for me the 3 times I did it, I will bring this up and see if maybe the staff wants to check the machine. The possibility that it is not functioning correclty is entirely possible, things break down.
But this got off topic, just wanted as many opinions on the waxy maize as possible, thats all =(

your diet is nothing but fail. any amount of waxy maize is to much. and about the 3.5%bf its possible he got measured at that. not that he has it but that it was measured at that. when i was at about 6% i got measured with calipes by a PT as "2% plus essential" i still dont even know what the **** that means.

Thank you! An actual response that means something. Man thats funny about the PT testing you, kinda same thing happened to me, he used one of those things you hold out in front of you and it errored out on me too. First time he had seen the message that it gave, forget what it said, it wasnt numbers tho.
And with any ammount of waxy maize being too much: im using it like you would use Vitargo, little pre, more post. And hell thats prob all i need of fast carbs, im just gettin OCD over it for some reason haha. I put some in the morn for fast catabolism stoppage w/ the liquid protein. Bad idea?
I know the diet as a whole is off, im still working on it.

Geoloop,
Instead of facepalming why not just tell me whats wrong. Respectfully would be nice but w/e.
I'm here trying to get my **** right. I'm asking questions. Im trying.
People just keep making fun of you, looking for something they dont believe trying to label you a liar, or anything other than be helpful. What are these forums for if not to ask questions and learn from others that know more than you?
Ive never used these forums although I read them time to time. This is the first time Ive ever started interacting with the community and asking questions. I gotta say, its been a real disappointment. I just wanted help. I still do, I'm not sure Im gonna find it here tho. Next stop, library =)
Its like you have to already be a pro to be allowed to ask questions...
