my age is 18 , my current weight is about 83 kg , bicep size 16 inches , chest size 45 inches , fore arm size 14.5 inches and my max bench is 100kg.

Mirin man. I know you do high volume training and I got a question. I been doing 3 sets on most of my workouts for a while now and would it be better if I started doing 4 sets? Are there any downsides to adding more volume? I'm mainly speaking for Bench, Deadlift, and Squats. I keep isolations at no more than 3 sets.

BEFORE(after anorexia) 6'1 112 lbs all my lifts started at just the bar.
AFTER(4 months with proper training & nutrition)=6'2 158 lbs Bench:150X5 Squat(parallel):255X6 Deadlift:270X5
I dont like to go very heavy with my bench because of an injury from my RC, i prefere to go slow with proper form than going heavy with awful form.Like the ******** Page! http://www.********.com/Cristoforus8

Age 17. Max bench press 220. Bicep size ...in the 15s. Not sure of anything else. Have small disgusting looking refugee forearms tho
