I was bored and havent done any progress pics in awhile. Lighting is bad seeing how it was in my bathroom, but it gets the point across.

Its because of the mirror my man.
Nah it was a video that i took and then took the still frame of that image.
As dirty of a bulk as they come really. I ate healthy but if i wanted fast food or junk food i ate it. I was always a skinny kid so i figured my metabolism would cut that out. Wish i would of went clean however, id be shredded.18 Weeks Until the Stage, Check out the new log in contest prep section!

im interested to hear the answer on this one. .I was also wondering that. . .it did say you ate whatever you wanted on some days but did you conciously at any point, "diet" and do anyting to remove fat mass as you went?
I totally don't go with the whole "gain a pile of fat with some muscle and then diet most of it away trying to get ripped" school of thought. . .I saw too many guys getting massive and then competing a looking like a rake. . .Last edited by Etrain2330; 04-03-2013 at 12:45 AM. Reason: addon
