Any secrets/tips/advice on how to keep your hair smooth, silky and shiny? I have thick very curly hair and having a hard time growing it cuz it gets way too frizzy, nappy and not shiny/smooth enough.

Well I can only speak to my own experience brah. But I have fairly thick, straight hair, that isn't particularly greasy, and doesn't like staying in place.

The best thing I've done for my hair though, has been cutting down shampooing/conditioning to just once a week. Ever since I started doing that, it's become a lot healthier looking.

But from what I've gathered here on the Misc. it depends on your hair whether you can get away with it.
