Picked up the new Dymatize Elite Casein Cinnabun about 2 weeks ago, and its honestly my first pure casein purchase outside of Cytosport Complete casein on wheycheap (ive only used about 2 scoops of that one, vanilla = blehhhhh). So far it's been very nice, as I'm in the final 3 weeks of a mild cut/recomp for the Dymatize Elite Ambition transformation challenge. Definitaly helps with keeping you full longer than whey/ standard blends. Kinda upset with myself for never getting any before 2 weeks ago, but Cytosports Casein really turned me off to it. Either way, I'd be interested to see if you're guy's Vanilla Soft Servecasein fares better in the taste department than Cytosport's . I won a tub of the Hawiaain Pump torrent back when you guys did the tub a day promo for that and loved it, so if I'm picked hopefully your Casein delivers as well.

Yea I know, I believe it's mostly Caseinates right? Thats the closest I've come to a "casein only" product outside of my purchase 2 weeks ago.

I don't always use casein protein it is usually just whey protein or a slower protein blend. I have used casein in the past from ON which would help me during an extreme cut and would usually drink it right before bed. I also would put it in cottage cheese and oatmeal in the mornings to give it some flavor and make it enjoyable. I have also made protein brownies and pancakes using it. This would help me now since i'm on my last few weeks of cut for summer. If I had this opportunity and got Universal's casein i would definately choose Vanilla Soft Serve. I find it hard to find any company (from my experience) having a good vanilla flavor especially in a casein. Great promo always doing it big as usuall.

I use casein everyday! Either in my oats (makes it super thick and creamy) or as a pudding (just mixed with a little water). I've tried a ton of brands but not yours yet! I'd love to try the vanilla soft serve flavor!

While quality is important, most people choose a protein powder for taste. While Dymatize might not be entirely 100% pure MC, it sure does taste amazing.

Ya that's why I put in my entry . The dymatize casein is amazing for a cinnabun flavor, but so far the only vanilla "casein" protein I've tried was a letdown.

Well I've been using Casein on and off for several years now. I would usually have a shake before bed but I got tired of turning my blender on at 1 am and pissing off my neighbors lol Plus I was never a fan of the flavors in the past since most companies flavoring of Casein protein was very generic Imo. Over the last 8-12 months I've noticed more companies releasing great tasting 100% Micellar Casein products and for me, quality is as important as taste so It's nice to see more companies spending the extra $$$ and not using cheap fillers or Ing. when producing Casein powder so props to Universal for not short changing it's customers like some other companies who we won't mention.


I use my Casein powder once or twice a day usually. I go to the gym around 5-6am for a 45 min heavy bag + speed bag workout and my first meal is usually some protein pancakes. Over the years I've tried every quality protein out there and noticed Casein protein produces the best tasting and textured pancakes around so It's def. my go to protein when making Pancakes. I also like mixing my Casein with some 0% Greek Yogurt + fresh Strawberries and a lil bit of dark chocolate and having that 30-45 mins before bed as a late night treat I would love to try the Vanilla Soft Serve flavor since It's a pretty versatile flavor and I love mixing ground cinnamon with my Vanilla proteins and fresh fruit from time to time and I'm sure they would make excellent pancakes and waffles and goodluck to everyone else.

My go to meal for breakfast when using Casein powder
