U.S.D.A. Prime Beef.
I've always been a huge supporter of Universal.
BCAA are big to me. I'm a salesmans and I usually work 5/6 days a week and 8-10 hour days. That leaves a lot of time and to get food in when dealing with people is very difficult. That's where the BCAAs come in for me to prevent breakdown. Also a huge thing for me it gets me to drink more water. Cut out sodas a long time ago and having a healthy flavorful water Is a real thirst quencher. Usually a jug of BCAA water is always with me at work, in the AM and at the gym.
Thx for the shot

I use BCAA's every single day. They are an absolute staple in my supplement stack and I use them as soon as I wake up, pre-workout, during my workout, post-workout, and right before bed. On some of my harder lifting days, I'll even use them in between meals. They are the real deal as they help me recover from my workouts and help me to prime for the following day's workout. I experience less muscle soreness and I believe they help me to lean out as well. As I mentioned before, they are a must-have supplement for me and I would rather not train than train without them....they are a game changer in my book!

I have never supplemented with BCAA's before so if i do win this, it'll be very interesting to see whether they make a difference in recovery, performance, and of course adding lbm. I've been training for almost 3 years now and i'm going to be starting another bulk in two weeks. I have a good idea of what type of gains to expect normally while bulking up and i don't use a lot of supplements so i'll definitely know if the addition of BCAAs are helping me gain lbm at a quicker pace. Training is always very very intense and consistent, and i usually hit two-three bodyparts per session, thats why i will be using the atomic 7 intra workouts to provide the muscles with a constant stream of aminos. I'm also hoping that the citrulline malate along with a refreshing taste help me finish strong as some days my workouts do tend to get near the 2 hour mark.

Ive been off and on BCAAs for about a year now, along with No2 supplements they have helped my lose 100 pound of fat in a year, right now my plan is to pump up my workout plan with all the branch chain amino acids i need but im short on cash cause im only 18 and have no job. But right now for my bulking phase im doing the 3 day split, i eat 6 meals of 500 calories and thats including my protein, i get about 200g of protein each day and i keep all my lifting in sets of 3-4 with the standard 6-12 reps. I got my LA Fitness membership renewed last week and im starting 4th body transformation phase and that stuff would help me out alot!

I have used purple wraath and recoup in the past but neither of which packs the 8g BCAA punch that Atomic 7 does. On top of actually needing this in my current training cycle, receiving a bottle would allow me to write a proper and educated review on my Affiliate Website I have for bodybuilding.com.

I used to be a really big guy, over 330 lbs. Over the last year I've dropped down to 215-220 range and am really starting to get into adding muscle mass, rather than cutting fat and almost completely not caring about muscle loss. I'm wanting to get my bulk stack ready and really power into my bulk phase. BCAA's is the only supp I take on my off-days other than my fish oil and multi, so I believe it's truly an important part of any diet, bulk, cut, etc. I've only tried Animal Pak by Universal, so I'd love to give another of their products a go.

I want to try Atomic 7. I used to use BCAA's in bulk mostly, they tasted horrible, I want to try this I would use it during my workouts for extra kick. I love Universal supplements, I use Storm right now and it taste good. I also loved my run on a can of animal pump a while ago. I hope I can try this one.
I ENJOY LIFTING VERY HEAVY OBJECTS, AND REPEATING IT MULTIPLE TIMES. ITS VERY FUN AND A GOOD WAY TO STAY NOT UNHEALTHY.

I use BCAAS as a means to my intra-workout drink to ensure that my body continues to intake nutrients to help my body repair itself and grow and to also ensure that I got some solid protein synthesis going on! I am big on BCAAs especially when I wasn't able to get a meal in before my workout, so I am essentially working out "fasted".
Would be awesome to try out that Rockin Razz Lemonade!!

I'd love to check out Atomic 7! I've tried a couple samples of BCAAs before, mostly during an endurance style workout like p90X. So I know that they can help me get through a workout without adding calories. Universal makes some awesome (and tasty!) stuff. I previously won a tub of Torrent that was excellent and perfect. Shock Therapy was great, too.
Some of the posts have enlightened me on exactly why a BCAA for intraworkout. I, too, go to the gym early morning with nothing in my gut but a pre-w.o. (sometimes) and ambition. I'm currently on a lean mass routine (my last for now) then cutting in mid-march. On my routine, the goal is to get in - lift heavy - get out. So, I have to compress my rest between sets and "give 'er all she's got"!
I would like to try this , please, please, please! You know you can count on me

I use Core ABC every day and love it! It helps me with intra workout recovery and with increased work capacity. I also supplement it between meals to spike MPS if I don't have time for a full meal or shake. Really helps having something sweet to drink during a workout too, physically and mentally. I am always looking for a good BCAA product to compare to ABC!

I honestly believe BCAA's are one of the most important supplements you can get, and I have a purchase history to prove it. I'm running my second cut right now, and I can't understate how vital BCAA's are in keeping muscle on my body during the fat loss process - it's been two weeks now, and I'm still getting PR's every workout. I ran a 9-week cut about half a year before with great results, again using BCAA's both pre-meal and as peri-workout nutrition - I lost 21 pounds while still setting records each week, bringing my bench from 215x5 to 265x5 during that time period.
I used True Nutrition's BCAA's for the price the first cut, althought since then I've used both Xtend and USPLabs' Modern BCAA. I have not tried Atomic 7, but would love to, as this is a brand I've grown to trust and the reviews are fantastic.
I have everything to gain from using your product. It truly is a quality product - the 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine is proven, and the added glutamine can only do good. But it's the citrulline malate and the taurine where Atomic 7 truly starts to shine past the other BCAA powders. I have never used taurine before, but have heard much about what it can do to help muscle recovery and ease soreness, among numerous other benefits. As someone who loves and has committed himself entirely to lifting, the limiting factor is not my motivation - it's how much my body limits me. By using a quality BCAA product with taurine, I can make my workouts even more intense, return the gym sooner and harder, and really start elevating myself to new heights.
Your product has the extra ounce of everything right in a supplement that can bring me to the next level. I would be eternally grateful for the chance, and plan to keep a supplement log if chosen. I intend to take one scoop 20-30 minutes pre-workout, then sip on 1-2 intra- and post-workout, drinking half of that halfway through my workout and halfway at the end. It would be an honor to do that with Atomic 7.
Black Cherry Bomb and Rockin' Razz Lemonade both sound incredibly legit.
Thanks so much.

There are plenty of days were I will lift in the morning and then play ball at night.
When I train legs, I am generally in alotttt of pain when playing basketball...Atomic 7 would really help me out with this.
I NEED the extra help with recovery otherwise my body will break down due to all the exercising.

I have never used BCAAs but have recently been looking into trying them out. I usually limit my supplement intake but work long hours behind a bar and lots of times have to go without consuming food for 5-6 hours.. I feel like BCAAs would help prevent breakdown in these times of need. As I said I have yet to try any BCAAs so ATOMIC 7 would be my first go around with them. Hopefully it can become my one and only BCAAA supplement.

Fuuuuuuuuk. This is a sweet promo. I got a couple of the samples from bb.com with a couple of orders and they were delicous.
I utilize BCAA's a lot because my life is crazy with work, school and all the other stuff. I sometimes go 8-10 hours with out eating, and most days doing even reach my macros which has been causing me to lose some muscle mass recently.
It looks so legit and Rockin' Razz Lemonade sounds delicious... I just can't afford it at the moment because I'm a broke ass hoe. (not srs... but srs)
