The only people that annoy me are the ones that slow my training down. So basically just the squat rack curlers/upright rowers/front raisers.

I've posted it before, but I have had a gym employee decide that out of 400 linear feet of mirrors it was time to clean the mirror directly in front of the squat rack I was squatting in at 4:30 a.m., when there were 6 people in the gym. Big bottle of Windex with its noxious fumes right in front of me as I am pushing out squats.
That was a person that annoyed me in the gym.

I watched someone take the BB from the row/shrug station (call it what you want, it's 1/2 a rack) and brought it to the ONLY squat rack and did shrugs there. (With the original BB still in the rack.)

I've personally learned to mind my own business because you can never know the intentions of someone but I have some things I don't like:
(1) ****ty ROM - BRB 300lbs on squats and doing 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 reps. BRB 225lbs on bench but not even getting to floor press depth.
(2) That Guy Who Tries to One Up You - I hate this guy. He annoys the **** out of him and he's an *******. I was hitting chins today and only did around 7xBW with perfect form (if I hunchback I stop) and this dude out of nowhere comes and does 8 of the ugliest reps ever. My brother has had experience with this squatting. Some dude insists that my brother leaves the weight on there and he begins to do 1/4 squats. ****in' ****. I never have a problem doing less weight, less reps, etc. than other people. Don't understand this fascination with one upping.
(3) Hamsters
But what if they're logging their workout!?! I do that but I do legitimately see some people sit there for 3-4 minutes on their phone. I like to stretch non-working muscles in between sets.“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

People who do not leave the equipment the way they found it, ****ing re rack your weights and wipe your nasty sweat off the bench.
Dumbbells being in the wrong order, yes it's OCD.
People using dumbbells while on the treadmill, doesn't really annoy me, but they are going to hurt themselves or someone else.
Of course, that was when I was still going to a gym and not lifting in my basement, which is awesome.

That's about 95% of my gym. It's rare if I see someone do a full rep of anything. I want to tear my eyes out every time I watch this one guy bench. He only trains his chest and arms, has legs like a 6 year old girl. He makes a massive arch when benching, his ass probably 6-10" off the bench, then doesn't even do a half rep, even with his body that far off the bench, and walks around with his chest out like he's the ****. I'm tempted every day to ask when he's going to do an actual rep.
Eery now and then though there is a breakthrough. Few weeks ago, this massive SOB, clearly a professional BBer, saw one of his buddies doing 1/4 squats. He went over to him when he was in the power rack, told him to do a rep, when he got to his 1/4 squat position, he grabbed his hips and pulled them all the way below parallel and said, "now that's a squat." I was proud.

About to squat 405, head down, ipod blasting, psyching myself up and waiting for the peak moment of a song (takes a minute or so) ... about to get under the bar, guy in the rack next to me stops me and asks if I want a spot. (While I am literally about to unrack the weight.)
I gave him a death stare for ruining my concentration. Said no, I don't need a spot. Proceeded to squat my weight, then watched him 1/2 squat 275 and almost fell forward into the rack while doing it.
Contemplated asking HIM if he needed a spot /trollface.Sheiko? My journey to 1,500+ @ 165

When you're lying on a bench and someone walks by super close and you feel like he's going to hit your dumbbell/barbell etc. it causes me to worry about that instead of focusing on the lift. Especially annoying when there is a hundred gazillion square miles of room around, and they just HAVE to get this close.
I always walk past others in a circle in order not to distract them..
