    Question Question about Weigh In

Okay, so I weigh in once a week and I don't care what the number is, I just track it compared to body fat to know where I'm at. So, I use my mother in laws scale because its super fancy and mine is broken. I need to buy a new one. I usually don't eat until after I weigh in but it was going to be a few hours so I had oatmeal and about 30 oz of water and I stepped on the scale. I know for sure its wrong. Do you think there's any way for me to estimate what it should be based on what I ate? I know I sound crazy but now I won't be able to know until next week where Im at... Unless I go invest in a scale tomorrow. Ideas?

Okay, I'll feed the neurosis, . 1oz of water equals roughly 1 oz of dry weight so your looking at, with the oatmeal included maybe a little over 2 pounds added weight. Of course, this is assuming there was no excretion in the interim.
