I'm roughly 175 lbs and I guess my body fat percentage is around 20% . (reason I believe this is accurate is because I have no signs of a six pack but I dont have a pot belly either.) I feel like I should be cutting , im not new to nutrition and working out, i have been doing it for roughly 3 years. my main issues are that I dont gain size at all, and i gain weight (fat) very easily if I bulk.so I have kind of given up on the "size". I just wanted feedback on how I should go about doing this because I want to go on vacation in 6 months and I want to look good. right now my workout and nutrition plan are both from rippedfreak.com. my concern is if i continue cutting will I drop to 155 and look skinny because i have lost too much muscle mass or is there a way of doing this so i drop just fat and i look ripped?
