What's my body fat percentage?

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and I was just wondering if anyone could guess my body fat percentage for me?
I'm 5'9 and 147 lbs currently after finishing 70 days of P90X and went from a 31 inch waist to a 29 inch waist.
Also I have a condition called pectus excavatum (It makes my chest appear sunken in)
The pics were taken today, I haven't worked out in a week though.

I'm considering bulking up in hope that my chest will get more mass and make the gap look less noticeable.

Should I wait to drop down to 10% before I bulk? I just don't know how strange it will look with my pectus excavatum if i'm under 10%.

Starting anywhere from 15%- is perfect for a bulk.
