Yeah, let that sickness be your guide; back off just a little an see how you feel. Sometimes when I change programs I feel sick if I get to aggressive with the change. I back off and then build into the full cutting program once I have built up stamina or tolerance for the change.
Btw, married, father of a girl, 11 and two step-sons, 16 & 19.

Might as well check into this thread too! My name is Luke, divorced with a son but now have a partner of 3 years (not married yet) and we have a new born baby girl. Throughout my 20's I was healthy and fit and running a lot, but once 30 hit and a divorce happened everything went pear shaped, including my body haha Now i'm trying to get my fitness and body back under control and add some muscles that have become dormant. New born doesn't help, but I'm managing pretty well so far. Use a hand me down makeshift home gym in the garage so I have the flexibility of working out when time permits. Its nice to hear from other parents though, nice change from the 20yo who has the freedom and responsibility free life to do as they please!

Not sure how I ever missed this thread... but married with an almost 3 year old. Hubby works full time, I no longer work or freelance and do the whole stay at home mom drill (although, I'll admit... I sometimes wish I worked, at least part time, so I could get a break from being "just a mom.") We are in NW Indiana region, right by Chicago. It's tough finding the energy to workout and meal plan when you also have to make time for your marriage and kid stuff. Where do kids get all this energy? Sheesh!
