    Typically I get in 3-4 per week.. would love to go more but tough to find the time with all of my other extras lol..

    Hi, Iam married and have 2 boys and a daughter. Best time to go to gym is early in the morning before work. Work full day 9 hours then go back home to spend the rest of the day with my angels and lovely wife.

    im a single dad ( full custody ) of a 4 year old lil boy and i got myself a treadmill a nice bench and powerrack with over and under pullys for lifting at home as i dont have time to hit the gym a lot after work! down side to lifting at home if i lift to failure i need to dump the plates

    I'm married with one boy, he will be six months in December. Hubs and I love working out together. Brings us closer together and it's something we both enjoy. He is a good trainer and motivator! I'm already at my pre pregnancy weight and see better results every day our gym has childcare so makes it easier.

    Thoughts on HIIT

    OK needs some thoughts on HIIT training and how you go at it?. The reason im asking is I want to change something up for 6 weeks but it seems strange that Jim Stoppani's program you lift each exercise 10 times before moving to the next muscle, seems you would be better off moving to the opposite muscle next ? Also it doesnt really say either...so open to thoughts ....either way im going to start it.

    MY method of HIIT is probably very different from everyone else's but it works for me. On the treadmill I alternate walking at 4.2 mph for 2 minutes with running at 6.2 mph for 2 minutes. I am not a runner so this is about all I can stand. I'd like to blame it on age but I have never been able to run. I do this for 15-20 minutes depending on my energy level and alloted time. I hope someday to increase the running time but I don't see that happening anytime soon, as I despise running. I was doing the same on the elliptical but I found that it wasn't challenging enough.

I am not a runner so this is about all I can stand. I'd like to blame it on age but I have never been able to run. I do this for 15-20 minutes depending on my energy level and alloted time. I hope someday to increase the running time but I don't see that happening anytime soon, as I despise running. I was doing the same on the elliptical but I found that it wasn't challenging enough.
