Cool Need help with diet, will give reps :D

Ive been bulking for 1 month now but its actually really hard for me to gain, I cant maintain a 4k calorie diet/day (unless I eat junk food like pizza)... So I what I am asking you to do is to create/share your diet for me that fits my need.
    Here is my stats:
    Weight: 64kg at morning
    Lenght: 177cm (5 10")
    BMR:1724.63.
    TDEE: 2671
    Goal: 70kg then cutt

    Thanks for every reply

Considering your 5'10 at 143lbs. you dont need to consume 4k cals. i'd say 3k-3.2k would be sufficient but do a calorie calculator to find exact numbers.

anyways, bulking is easy, just a eat a lot of ****t lol. invest in a weightgainer if eating that many cals is hard for you.

if you cant afford one. it all comes down to self discipline.

having difficulty hitting 4k cals? eat junk. a couple slices of pizza or a burger isn't going to kill you. if it's high in protein, eat it. only things you should avoid are fast food and candy
