Kai Green add applause begging to his posing routines? (20years video evidence)

Kai Greene is a good bodybuilder ans showed his potential to dethrone Mr Olympia Phillip Heath at the Sheru classic, and in the opinions of some is the best current poser in the IFBB (IMO its Heath but thats already been put to the poll).

Kai has yet to win an Olympia, please review the video evidence of 20 years + of Olympia champions, all these guys who won the O have a form of applause begging cleverly slotted into their routines, some double handed (Yates), some over head (Coleman) and underhand (Cutler, Dexter and Heath). Without a doubt applause beggin pumps up the crowd and makes a routine more exciting IMO. Kais routines are very good but lack crowd interaction. No other pro since Haney in the 1980's has won an Olympia without applause begging, why should Kai break this trend.

Bart 20 years of video evidence is significant, no other champ has taken the title without it over 20 years, its small things that help make champions. I voted for applause begging by the way.

But this thread is based on real facts with supporting video, I think its an angle most have not looked at, and small margins make champions.

True but at the top level the guys who applause bge look the most confident to me, Kais could applause beg in his own way, Yates has a different style from heath but IMO it makes them look ultra confident, Kai is technically a very good poser BUT IMO somehow lacks pumping up the crowd like the others do. Only IMO.

yes thats a factor but what I am trying to say is that no one has won the olympia in 20+ years wthout a posing routine that has applause begging, obviously if heath apeared on stage 6 weeks out but doubled up on the applause begging then he would not win, but saying Kai and Phil are pretty much neck and neck, i think Phils more crowd friendly routine would give him the edge over Kai with his less interactive style. At their level it would come down to tiny margins and thats what this thread was about. If applause begging was not valid them it would not have existed over the last 20 years and all the Mr O winners use applause begging which IMO is more than just random chance that the guy with the best conditioning happened to like applause begging.

Applause begging? You can hear the crowd's cheering before they even do it. Its more like acknowledging the crowd than anything, like saying "thanks guys, enjoy yourselves!".
