have you guys never seen an Obama speech before? He says the same things every time. He proposes little ideas that will never pass just like Bush always would.
The GOP response was much better than previous ones. Too bad that guy isn't running.

how so? Try using examples instead of pointless bickering. Obama is no different than Newt/Romney. They all are paid for by the same name. http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/co...?cid=N00009638

Politicians, they're all puppets.
I think Obama was genuine during his campaign, and still seems very sincere. Unfortunately, politics=dirty game"Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint."

Nothing like people woooo'ing of a person because of a speech. The guy hasn't made anything better in this country in 3 years.
Furthermore, i bet maybe 1% of the people responding to this thread have even read one bit of any of the bills that this guy has signed off on. Bunch of people voting because they're enamored with the guys speaking abilities. It's like watching people voting for their high school class president because he's funny and cool."There's a fine line between salvation and drinking poison in the jungle." -Gym Jones

ITT: miscers don't care about liberty, the future of the country, or anything else anymore because they are like women getting wooed by the man who makes pretty words
I will say I don't like the new tradition of rebuttals to the State of the Union addresses, no matter how much I agree or disagree with either. It's trashy and classless. He's the president, like it or not. Have some respect and go shout on Bill O'Reilly the next day./l、

the ending to his speech was one of the greatest ever
also thought that republicans can't deny that Obama ending the war will save literally hundreds of billions a year, which can be used to decrease deficit, invest in infrastructure/energy, both of which lead to more business in America
repubs fail with their free market garbage, was the trillions we lost on iraq their idea of a free market? how about the trillions of tax dollars the rich didn't pay that the rest of us did pay?OWE ME reps for life: dcarrera
