I am a 16 year old left handed person. I got a new job as a dishwasher maybe 5 months ago and at the job i use my left hand to clean a lot. My left pectoral muscle is more developed than my right. It looks normal except at the area right below the nipple. I could post pictures if you want me to provide more information. I am trying to develop the right one more. I try to do dips but I must be doing it wrong because my shoulder hurts every time after I do them. I am not part of a gym either, I just have two dumbells at home and a bungy cord. I am looking for any exercise that would develop that area. Right now I am just doing push ups and an exercise where I pull the bungy cord across my body.
Thanks

Personally i don't worry about muscle imbalances, as long as its not too extreme. Its natural and most people have them. I'm right handed and my right side is a little more developed than my left.
If i were you i would just do a lot of dumbbell exercise as that makes each side work independently. Maybe a few extra sets for your weaker side.
