    need tips

    I am 15 years old and have been consistently going to the gym for around two months. I am seeing results but not as quickly and as severely as I am wanting. I weigh 126lbs, but I am not really skinny nor am I fat by any means. I want to gain a lot of muscle so I have been taking protein before every visit to the gym which is usually 5 times a week. I would really appreciate advice on how to gain a lot of muscle and the type of protein and different supplements to buy. Thanks

    No Im a guy, I am skinny but no like one of those super skinny kids, when I started I had some fat and now I have abs and all but Im just wondering how to gain a lot of muscle

    When I first started going to the gym I weighed more, I have slimmed down and built a bit of muscle but I want to gain a lot more muscle. How can I do so?
