I am 15 years old and have been consistently going to the gym for around two months. I am seeing results but not as quickly and as severely as I am wanting. I weigh 126lbs, but I am not really skinny nor am I fat by any means. I want to gain a lot of muscle so I have been taking protein before every visit to the gym which is usually 5 times a week. I would really appreciate advice on how to gain a lot of muscle and the type of protein and different supplements to buy. Thanks
